Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CarUniv website (caruniv.in) and the growth services we provide. CarUniv is a brand of Caruniv Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“CarUniv”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Our services
CarUniv provides automotive growth services for workshops, detailing studios and used car dealers — including Google Business Profile and local SEO, lead generation and advertising. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or order we agree with you. We may improve or change our service offerings over time.
Fees and flat-fee promise
Our services are provided for a flat fee as set out in your proposal; we take zero revenue share. Advertising spend and third-party platform costs (for example, Google or Meta ad budgets) are separate and billed at actuals. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged on our fees and invoiced to you.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, to hold the rights and consents needed for any content or customer contacts you share with us, and to use our services only for lawful, legitimate business activity. You remain responsible for complying with the policies of any connected platform, such as Google and Meta.
No guaranteed outcomes
We bring experience and proven playbooks, but we do not guarantee specific results such as lead volumes, rankings or revenue. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform decisions, market conditions and your own operations.
Intellectual property
The CarUniv website, brand, content and methods are owned by Caruniv Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Work products we deliver for you may be used for your business as agreed. Any customers, leads and revenue generated through our program belong to you.
Limitation of liability
The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, subject to applicable law.
